SILVER CARE
If your silver pendant gets dirty, wipe with a damp soft cloth. The polished finish of the pendant is not invincible, expect natural ageing to occur as you and your pendant grow together. Tarnishing may occur with contact with sweat or perfume, get the silver polish out! Be aware solvents may break down the enamelling.


ZAMAC Care (Milagros)
Milagros charms should be removed for showering. The coating may experience ageing, as dulling or discolouration. Where possible, keep dry and wipe with a clean, dry cloth.


RETURNSContact us within 14 days of delivery. Please send an email to ORDERS@XNN.SYSTEMS. Once authorised, dispatch items back within 7 days of return authorisation.
Cancellations can be requested within 3 hours of purchase, unless items are shipped before then (you’ll receive an email).Items returned outside the 14 day period will assessed on a case by case basis!


We cannot accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Worn items
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Reduced price items on sale



Please pack your items securely, in a padded envelope. Send with tracking and insurance for the value of the item. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
A full refund will be issued upon receipt, less of any shipping or transaction fees. The shipping cost will be covered by the customer. Refunds will be issued within three business days of receipt of goods. We are not liable for returns damaged or lost in the post due to poor packaging or third party errors.
Any applied customs / import taxes will not be refunded.

For International returns please write across the front of the parcel "RETURNED UK MERCHANDISE".

LOST ORDERS
In the unlikely event your order fails to arrive, please contact us. Your order will be tracked. All claims must be made within 3 weeks of expected delivery.  Please ensure delivery addresses are secure as stolen parcels may not be covered.

DAMAGED/FAULTY ITEMS:

If you receive a damaged parcel, where possible, refuse the delivery. Otherwise, please email us photo's showing the damage to both the item AND outside packaging, as we need them to make an insurance claim. All damaged/faulty items must be returned securely before a refund can be issued. All items are photographed and weighed prior to shipping to ensure quality!
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

  • We ship worldwide! Our jewellery is produced in small quantities with the highest quality materials and standards.
  • Customised or made to order items may take up to 8 weeks (we will be in contact about this timeline).
  • You can also opt to collect your pendant from London (availability dependant).
  • We fulfill orders as quickly as we can. Orders are normally shipped on the next business day, but please allow 1-2 days delay (check out instagram page for holiday/absence updates). Every order is shipped with tracked delivery. Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking code.
  • Import tax is a tax imposed by a government on goods from other countries.
  • Purchasers importing goods (if applicable) are responsible for handling any duties and taxes incurred, and will need to work with customs to settle any amounts owed.    
  • Generally we are able to ship worldwide, but if for any reason we have issues, we will contact you!
