If your pendant gets very dirty, wipe with a damp soft cloth, or leave it to soak in. The polished finish of the pendant is not invincible, expect natural ageing to occur as you and your pendant grow together.

Contact us within 14 days of delivery. Dispatch items back within: 7 days of return authorisation.
Request a cancellation within: 6 hours of purchase

Please send an email to ORDERS@XNN.SYSTEMS. Items returned outside that period will only be refunded if the return has been authorised by our team.

We can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Worn items
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Reduced price items on sale
Items must be returned in an equivalent postal box or padded envelope as was received in & in the original condition including box and gift wrapping where applicable. All attached tags, where applicable (including the sticker), must still be in place. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

A full refund less shipping and any fees incurred will be issued upon receipt. Return shipping cost must be covered by the customer. If applicable, return shipping costs will be refunded once returned item has been received. Refunds will be issued within three business days of receipt of goods. A traceable method of return is encouraged as we are not liable for returns damaged or lost in the post due to poor packaging or third party errors.
Any custom &/or import taxes if applicable will not be refunded.
For International returns please write across the front of the parcel "RETURNED UK MERCHANDISE".

  We abide by the UK Distance Selling Regulations entitling you to change your mind and return your item within 14 days of receipt. A cancellation form, should you wish one is easily available upon request & will be emailed to you. Please note: you are not obliged to use it.
Please note: My contract of sale begins when the item/s purchased are marked as shipped.

For your convenience we ensure that all of my items are photographed prior to packing & all parcels are weight verified prior to shipping.


If you receive a damaged parcel, please attach photo's showing the damage to both the item & outside packaging as we cannot make an insurance claim without these. All damaged/faulty items must be returned before a refund can be issued.


International Customers: In the unlikely event your order fails to arrive, please contact us. All claims to be made within one week. All relevant receipts will be supplied & postal/GPS tracking initiated where applicable. A lost mail theft report will need to be submitted to your countries relevant shipping provider so that we can file an insurance claim with our couriers here in the UK.


We deliver all items tracked. If for some reason your item could not be delivered & is returned to me, a new shipping fee will have to be paid by 'you' the customer before we can repost. (generally if we see there’s a problem with delivery, we’ll be in contact)


We ship worldwide! Our jewellery is produced in small quantities in our casting partners with the highest quality materials and standards.

You can also opt to collect your pendant (availability dependant). 

We fulfill orders as quickly as we can. Orders are normally shipped on the next business day, but please allow 1-2 days delay (check out instagram page for holiday/absence updates). Every order is shipped with tracked delivery. Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking code.

 Import tax is a tax imposed by a government on goods from other countries.

Purchasers importing goods (if applicable) are responsible for handling any duties and taxes incurred, and will need to work with customs to settle any amounts owed.
