We kindly advise on the following care instructions for your jewellery, as we want you to enjoy your pieces for as long as possible.
1. SILVER CAREWhen you first receive your XNN/Softcore Hardware jewellery, it will be incredibly shiny. To keep this finish, never touch it or wear it, ever. Scratches and wear are inevitable. To maintain the polished finish of your silver pendant:
Please note that this natural aging will occur over time as the pendant grows with you. This is a good thing. Personally, I’ve been showering and perfuming mine for over a year and it’s gorgeous.
2. RETURNS 2.0 We offer a 14-day return policy, starting from the date of delivery.
2.1 To initiate a return, please send an email to SHOP@XNN.SYSTEMS for authorization, and dispatch the item(s) within 7 days of receiving return authorization.
2.2 Cancellations are accepted within 3 hours of purchase, unless items have already been shipped (in which case, you will receive an email notification).
2.3 Please note that we do not accept returns for custom or personalized orders, worn items, intimate items for health/hygiene reasons, or reduced price items on sale.
2.4 To ensure a secure return, please pack the item(s) in a padded envelope and use tracking and insurance for the value of the item(s).
2.5 We will issue a full refund (excluding any shipping or transaction fees) within three business days of receiving the returned item(s), provided they are in their original condition.
2.6 The shipping cost will be covered by the customer, and any applied customs/import taxes will not be refunded.
2.7 For international returns, please write "RETURNED UK MERCHANDISE" on the front of the parcel.

- Avoid contact with chemicals such as perfume, hairspray, lotion, and makeup. These products can react with silver and cause tarnishing.
- Wipe your silver jewellery regularly with a soft cloth to remove any oils and dirt that may accumulate on the surface. Avoid using abrasive or chemical cleaners as these can scratch the surface of the silver.

3. LOST ORDERS3.0 In the unlikely event that your order fails to arrive, please contact us within 3 weeks of expected delivery.
3.1 You will receive a tracking number upon dispatch.
3.2 Please ensure that your delivery address is correct and secure, as we cannot be held responsible for wrong addresses or stolen parcels.
4. DAMAGED/FAULTY ITEMS
4.0 If you receive a damaged parcel, we kindly ask that you refuse delivery where possible.
4.1 Alternatively, please email us photos of the damage to both the item and outside packaging.
4.2 All damaged/faulty items must be returned securely before a refund can be issued.
4.3 Please note that we photograph and weigh all items prior to shipping to ensure quality.

5.1 Customized or made-to-order items may take up to 8 weeks to complete, and we will keep you informed of the timeline.
5.2 You may also opt to collect your pendant from our location in London, depending on availability.
5.3 We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, typically shipping the next business day. However, please allow for a 1-2 day delay, and check our Instagram page for holiday/absence updates.
5.4 Every order is shipped with tracked delivery, and you will receive an email with a tracking code once shipped.
5.5 Import tax is a government-imposed tax on goods from other countries, and purchasers importing goods (if applicable) are responsible for any duties and taxes incurred, working with customs to settle any amounts owed.
5.6 In the rare case that we encounter shipping issues, we will contact you promptly.
